Do You Feel Tired All Of  The Time??

Here's How To Get The Energy You Need...

This article is presented by Get In Shape - the fitness website:

Feeling tired is a common complaint in today's society. The pace of our lives and the lack of time all contribute to  a constant tired feeling in our bodies. If you feel tired, you aren’t alone - as many as one out of four people in modern societies suffer from feeling tired and a lack of energy.

Before we discuss some remedies for tiredness and fatigue, lets review some of the common reasons we often feel tired. Many different things can cause fatigue, some might be obvious, but others may surprise you…

  • Eating foods with too much sugar will cause a spike in insulin levels, resulting in a tired feeling afterwards. This is why many people feel tired in mid-afternoon because they ate either too much or the wrong foods at lunch time.

  • If you are overweight (or underweight) this can lead to feeling tired. Overweight people have to make their bodies work harder just to perform regular daily activities.

  • If you have problems sleeping you will feel tired at frequent times during the day. Many people don't get enough sleep - they go to bed late and get up early. Most of us require 7 - 8 hours of sleep per night

  • Too much stress can cause fatigue and make you feel constantly tired. Feelings of anxiety and depression will also lead to tiredness

  • Your lifestyle - sometimes we just try to cram too much into our daily lives. This is especially true if we are trying to bring up a family, work, and find time to keep fit every day. This will take its toll and you will end up feeling tired most of the time.

Get Back Your Energy!

You don't have to feel tired most of the time. There are some key actions you can start taking today to help relieve the constant tired feeling.

First of all, try and improve your sleep habits by

  • avoiding caffeine in the evening

  • not eating a huge dinner late in the evening

  • going to bed a little earlier

Next try to work in some regular exercise ( I know this may be difficult, but it plays a big part in how well you sleep):

  • Try walking or jogging a few times per week

  • Joining a gym class is also good

Modify your eating habits:

  • A moderate lunch with lower amounts of carbohydrates and sugar will work wonders

  • Change from white flour based products to whole grain

  • Stay away from the so-called Energy Drinks that are overloaded with caffeine

  • Eat breakfast! Try to eat some protein at breakfast as well.

  • Energy supplements  like FRS can make a big difference too.

How Can FRS Help?

FRS is a naturally based, low-caffeine product that has been used by many athletes to provide them with sustained energy for their sport. FRS is promoted, and used, by Lance Armstrong the famous cyclist and 7-time winner of the grueling Tour de France race.

Now it's being used by everyday people like you and me as a healthy way to get the energy we need.

At 'Get In Shape' we don't often plug a product but we are making an exception with FRS. We think it works great! The good news is - right now FRS are giving away a free supply of their products (well, there is a small shipping charge but you get over $30 worth of FRS products).
